Artist name: Devoe Affiliations: clubmuse.la, recklessculture.com Bio: Since 2001 Devoe has been in a love affair with electronic music. Starting in 2001 Devoe became heavily involved in the Southern California drum & bass scene. Djing dnb cornerstones such as Respect, Club Muse, I Love LA, Upgrade, Adrenaline, and many more. He also helped to found one of Los Angeles' first dnb record labels Relentless Audio, who put out vinyl internationally. Always passionate about all kinds of electronic music, in 2009 Devoe formed an electro house project called Oh Shit! with long-time homie Dirty Seaner. Oh Shit! signed with Denver based label Velcro City Records and played their form of raucous live electro house all over the US (and some dope Mexicali shows too)! In 2023 Devoe joined forces with the mighty Dj Kingpin and Phear (dnb legends in their own right) to explore the world of progressive house and techno, gaining a release for their tune Escape on the legendary Black Hole Recordings. Devoe continues to be involved with drum and bass and has recently been recording live sax for productions by Dip Vertigo (ProGram, Tiimeless) and Calculon (Shoot Recordings), and is currently working on some new dnb originals of his own.
